From RAY (Finland's Slot Machine Association) Lomaliitto receives an allowance which is used for organising theme holidays and fitness promotion courses.

Subsidised holidays can be applied for by persons or families permanently residing in Finland. Theme holidays are intended for individual applicants or families who have cannot afford to have a holiday.

An organisation, association or trade union may apply for allowance as a group in which case the group leader or person in charge holidays makes an advance reservation for the group.

The fitness promotion course consists of early-stage preventive rehabilitation. It aims at maintaining and promoting working capacity. Course applications are made through the occupational health care system.
